Delivery
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email including a link to allow you to track your order. Click the link to find out when your order is expected to be delivered to your address or to store. Once we despatch your order, we will send you a despatch confirmation email. You can also check the status of your order using the link on your order confirmation email.
What delivery options does Choice offer and what are the costs?
We offer a standard delivery service at £4.99. You should allow up to 5 working days from dispatch of the goods to arrive at your selected address. If spending £75 or more then delivery is free.
We also offer a Click and Collect service from our stores, that is free of charge. Please also allow up to 5 working days from dispatch of the goods to arrive at your selected store location.

I’ve received the wrong item, what can I do?
We're sorry to hear you've got the wrong item in your parcel. We want to make things right so please don't hesitate to contact us within 48 hours. Make sure to have your order number and name, and ideally the reference for the missing product.
How do I track my parcel?
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation and an email from our courier. They'll provide you with a tracking number. The courier will attempt to deliver your parcel 3 times.
Returns
What is your store returns policy?
You have 28 days to return any unwanted items to us. Any returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If you return your items within the 28-day period, we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method.
What is your website returns policy?
Please return items in a new and unused condition in the original packaging with tags. If you want to return any items, then you must return them within 28 days. The 28 days starts from the day after the items were delivered to your home address, or if delivered to store, the 28 days starts from the day after the items were collected. If you return your items within the 28-day period, we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method. It’s fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't wear it for longer than that. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).
What is the process for website returns?
Complete the returns form on your despatch note and include it with the item. If you no longer have the despatch note, please include the following information with the return:
• Name, Billing address and a contact telephone number
• Email address (the one you use to log on to your account)
• Order number
• A brief description of the item

How can I return my item/s back to Choice?
We accept returns via our Stores, EVRi or other means of post. Make sure you obtain a proof of postage, returns sent by post are at your own cost. If you return your items within the 28-day period, we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method, providing the items were returned in a resalable condition with all tags intact.
